*****, the new car manager told us to **** off for asking for a copy of our credit report. I believe this is unacceptable from any employee and even more coming from a self called "manager". We will not do any business with Toyota of North Miami ever again.

Horrible customer service, horrible experience. Got a quote from a salesman for a highlander, which he called his manger **** ****** and got the price of the vehicle ( which later **** ****** lied and denied giving him the quote, even though myself and my wife were right in front of the salesman when he was given the quote). I just purchased a pre-owned RAV4 for my wife on 2/13/2021. Prior to purchase Toyota's managers called me and sent emails almost every day. Me and my wife sat down and spent hours at Toyota going through the process of purchasing the vehicle that we have now. The employees were very attentive and made us feel like valued customers. I recently purchased a certified pre owned 2019 Toyota Tacoma at Toyota of North Miami. I paid cash for the vehicle. It was not until the truck was delivered to me that I was given only one key. I asked why this was the case and why no one has mentioned it before closing. I was assured by a manager that he would contact the previous owner to get the second key. That was two months ago. I've been bringing my car to this same Toyota service center exclusively for the past 9 years, not even an oil change in a different place. I've had an array of "service advisors" help me throughout the years, and aside from definitely over-paying, I've been ok with trusting my car to them. Before i went to purchase the vehicle i made my salesman aware that i don't live in Miami and we needed to have everyrhing cleared by Monday.
