Never leave a deposit, because they deny refunding it even if it's their fault. They don't keep the promise. Waisted my time waiting for a car of my choice. Got my car from ******and way cheaper than this location

Drive Direct failed to complete my vehicle purchase the day of purchase resulting in my previous financed vehicle company to claim a missed payment from me. My credit dropped 50 points instantly because Drive Direct did not fulfill their end. I purchased my $20,000 vehicle, which had the check engine light come on as I left their lot, on 8/29 and they did not have my paperwork completed until October. I feel completely taken advantage of by Sun Toyota. I was told Id receive $65K for my Sienna trade-in, but instead they inflated the price of the new 2025 Grand Highlander to over $67K when similar models are selling for $52K$55K elsewhere.They buried my negative equity in the deal and made it seem like I was getting a great trade value. I even paid $26.5K in cash down, only to realize later that the math and pricing didnt add up. ****** took the time to sit with me and get to know me which is rare and certainly appreciated. One of my good friends and my mother have also purchased vehicles there and we have very impressed with them top to bottom.
