I had my car serviced last year. I went in and my screen was fine, left and my screen was burned out. Dealership would not take responsibility and was latterly unresponsive. They also blamed dust as the reason my parking break wasnt working when another a Toyota dealer confirmed the break needed to be replaced. I would like my screen replaced without cost as Toyota was the last to touch it.

BE Aware of service department. they diagnostic and quoted me to fix my car was over $4,000. For a hybrid battery. Once Toyota had to cover over warranty, they changed the diagnostic to a $750 motor fan. Not covered. They almost committed customer fraud. After complaining about it, they basically told me to go elsewhere to fix my car. If this happens call the Toyota *** to complain, they need to bear responsibility for these fraudulent diagnostics and try to take customers hard earned money.After all I changed the ********* ... read more

on 2/26/2023 I went to the Toyota because my friend works there,I was interested in leasing or buying depending on what was best for the monthly payment, not thinking that they had a trap for me for a person like me who doesn't know about buying a car.First I showed him the color that I wanted, perfect. They didn't have it in a new car. Would not recommend. I was ready to purchase a car same day. Manager would not answer my calls or texts to follow up on next moves. I was prequalified. No one is there to answer front desk phones either. I did eventually follow up with someone else. He then informed me there is an extra $2,500 dealer fee which includes wheel locks, pin stripes, nitrogen air in tires, etc. This price is NOT included on their listing prices. Beware of this dealer.

TOYOTA OF NORTH MIAMI what a nightmare! On February 6th 2022, I decided to purchase the vehicle under lease that was almost expired. Paper were signed on February 6th, during the signing I even asked the F&I Manager Tony Negrin if it was necessary to make a payment on the lease, his words were "not necessary, we will take care of that" so much for caring. I had the same experience as Arturo C. I guess it's a pattern with this dealership. I was offered a price over the phone ($5K over MSRP of $36K), i went all the way to the dealership which is quite far from my house, only to have to offer increased by $16k!!!! Absolutely outrageous and price gouging at this point. Why didn't they tell me the price from the get go? as if i was going to pay that much for a Prius Prime? Yes, they wanted $57K!! I have purchased 3 vehicles from this Dealership since 2009. I inquired about purchasing a new truck and after going back and forth with the Sales person via text message, I inquired about the price and was told their policy was to now charge $15,000 ABOVE THE STICKER PRICE. Quite Simply, this is Predatory. Read the reviews from others and you will see this is not an Isolated Occurrence. If i could leave 0 stars i would. Had a horrible first time experience with what would have been my first toyota purchase. Searched for the right vehicle, called to check it was available, made the online application process to save time at the dealer and when i arrived, the sales person was kind and polite to show me the vehicle and then proceeded to discuss the deal. We purchased a pre-owned 2020 Toyota Corolla and while doing the walk-through the car didn't present any damages, so we proceeded to close the deal. While this took place, they sent the car to wash and then they delivered the car. We then left the dealer, my brother in his new car and myself in mine. Then we dropped off the car at home and when we came back from lunch, noticed that in the back door of the passenger side, the car had a dent so we took the car the next day back and they said they were not responsible for this ... read more
