My mother-in-law went in to simply buy her car off the lease. The lease contract says the fee is $350 to return the car. The finance person charged her a "predelivery fee" of $999.50, and an "electronic filing fee" of $499.50. Nowhere in the lease contract does it say these fees will be charged. By the way, what a total scam - a fee of $499 to file something electronically? To push a button?? Total scam.
They have an opaque mangement of the entire process, they add chagers without explanation.

Towed my car to dealership due to Red Triangle warnings, and previous *** Brake warnings. Car was still able to turn on before towing. We're advise diagnostics fee is $300, and the standard note that this fee applies to any work repair completed. For whatever reason, dealer decided to actually DRIVE the car in and the car died IN THE MIDDLE OF BEING MOVED BY DEALER. They say they need a battery to diagnose. Same Complain as many other INSATISFIED Customers, I Went last September 2023 to buy a Toyota Rav4 2019, the price was $26,000, then when signing the Vehicle Buyer's Order it was showing a different price of $26,500.17, since the difference wasn't too much, I signed the order, then when everything was ready, they told me to go to the financial department to sign up the final documents, then I signed all paperwork and left that location. ************* Scammers. A Car listed for ~16k magically jumped to ~21k out the door. All HIDDEN FEES. Do not buy from these jokers. About a reputable as a politician.
NEVER BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!! NORTH MIAMI TOYOTA They will LIE to you! They will CHEAT you! They will SCAM you! They will lure you in with a Great Price but this is a bait and switch, and they will tack on a bunch of ridiculous extras.We thought we were getting a great price, but they tag on so many ridiculous hidden fees that by the time it is said and done we ended up paying $42,000 for a truck they advertised at $23k. They told us they would charge and extra $1,000 if we tried to pay cash. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
Went in there for a routine maintenance, came out with a few less bolts under my truck. When I went back and explained the situation. I was told that they didn't have the parts and would "call me" when it arrives. Its been now over a couple of weeks. All I wanted was to fix the issue with a $2 part. This place used every shady sales tactic to blindsided you. Unfortunately I got tricked and ended up paying way more than the car is worth.Now I'm stuck paying down a loan for a car that's 13k over MSRP.Do yourself a favor read other reviews if you don't believe me, the same nightmare scenario over and over. DO NOT do business here. These dealers are animals with no soul or morals.
