Salesperson, Derek, told us they had a Toyota Grand Highlander Nightshade “on the way” and would be delivered the next week. We put a deposit down to “hold” the vehicle that was “in transit.” The next week came and no vehicle was delivered. We had to call for any information and we were told it would be the middle of next month. So we waited until the middle of the next month and still no vehicle. I’ve been a customer of Jordan Toyota for years. They have always been helpful but recently their service has shifted. The tone of the service department has lifted, the communication has gotten stronger and the staff is more helpful than ever!
