Atlantic used to have a reputation of being overly aggressive to the point of being relentless. It made me very leery of going there again, but I did.I found my experience at Atlantic Toyota in West Islip to be pleasant, non-aggressive and they certainly were not pushy. Overall, I would say it was a very pleasant experience.

Greg was excellent to deal with. He made the entire process seamless and was able to answer detailed questions prior to coming in.

I brought a car in for service which i had recently purchased from Lia of Northampton and Sam Doucette was my service rep. He was so polite, assured me there was nothing wrong and even changed wiper blades free of charge. Very customer orientated and worked hard to get my vehicle back to me asap! I like the sales people to, but knowing there's someone like Sam is in service my husband and I will continue with Lia in the future! Love Lia of Northampton. We are also going to start taking our Rav4 up there for service to!

The dealership was good, but what really stood out was the sales person. A dealership really doesn’t change much from place to place. John took his time to show us the ins and outs of the truck. His knowledge was undoubtedly unlimited. He made us feel secure in the purchase. Never once did I feel forced or pushed. I know we made the right choice with the truck and with our salesman.

I placed a deposit on a 2026 Camry XLE Premium Plus after being told a specific vehicle was allocated to me. A VIN was provided, but communication quickly became inconsistent. I was told about one week later the car was delayed, then suddenly pressured to sign paperwork that same night on a car different than the one I placed a deposit for. I was told if I don’t sign that night (with a three hour notice) it would be tough to honor the same price on the original car I had a deposit for.
