Emily Duncan provided exceptional customer service throughout the purchase of my new Highlander. She was responsive through texts, email, by phone, and in person. She even went the extra mile to find a “vehicle in a haystack” for me just to assure it had all of my desired options. All of the Toyota of Murfreesboro staff were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this team and dealership.
Service... needs drastic improvement.... 3 hour job turned into a 7 hour job. When I spoke with the service manager, he acknowledged that the tech working on my vehicle was known to take way to long to perform scheduled tasks..... they don't seem to mind though, they readily took my payment...
