I had to have my Takata defective air bags replaced under warranty; showed up expecting to utilize a rental car, but I had been given the wrong day by the receptionist, so the rental car was not there. Andrew helped me and had no problem getting me in anyhow. And Roger the shuttle driver was a really great guy; he took me home and picked me back up, so it didn't hinder my plans so much. Great people to deal with.
Buying a vehicle "long distance" is hard to do, but it was made easier with the people I dealt with at Toyota of Murfreesboro, especially Matt, my sales person. Absolutely took care of all the details and any of the small issues that I came up with.
An absolutely fantastic experience and the staff are friendly. My fiancé and I were looking to purchase our first new car together.
