They offer a $20 discount online but then Patricia Blank charged me extra made up charges that were not on my original receipt. I just won't go back because they are not being honest.

After several hours of not hearing from the dealership, they finally called and said they could not sell me the car for the agreed price because they would loose money. Perhaps if we treated our customers, new and old, as we would want those closest to us treated, things would be handled different. I had an oil change less than a week ago there. After the oil change I parked it in the garage and went to work 12 hours the next day. I came out to parking garage, I found breakage by gear shift, I called the service manager, took a picture and then brought it in to the dealership.
