We are in the beginning stages of trading in our Ram 2500 for a Tacoma. Today, our salesman Victor Woods and the new car sales manager spent time with my wife and I explaining the best options for our future deal. We loved the no-hassle/no-pressure atmosphere this dealership has; and understand that people tend to spend their time “shopping” to make sure their next purchase is 100% in their budget and needs. Had a very very bad experience at Toyota of Murfreesboro Basically to make a long story short, bad ignition cylinder in 02 sequoia. I bought new after market cylinder and installed. Anti theft light came on and couldn’t start vehicle. Had it towed to Toyota of Murfreesboro and they told me they would have to probably replace computer on vehicle. One of the best car buying experiences we’ve had. We were made to feel like we were the only ones buying a car that day even though the place was packed and hopping! Jonathan DeBerry is definitely THE MAN to see, though I am certain many others are awesome as well. You can’t go wrong with this dealership! Today I purchased a 2020 Sienna. Jonathan DeBerry is amazing. He was so kind and listened to everything I had to say and answered all my questions. Ashley in finance was amazing and helped me with my trade in. I had a name change and she helped me through the entire process. Andy is amazing and made sure I got exactly what I asked for. I have bought 4 cars with this dealership and if I ever need another car I will use them again. And I always recommend them to friends and family.

Reached out to offer a fair deal on a vehicle. Sales person was very argumentative and short. Left me hanging with texts. Called the next morning to talk to a sales manager and left my number. 3 hours later still no call. I’ve never seen a car dealership that acted like they didn’t want your business. Sad that they had the inventory that other dealerships didn’t. I guess now I know why.

My daughter and I were treated rudely and without respect while trying to buy a car. They ran our credit (I am co-signer) this morning for the specific car, but Clay sold it 2 hours before my daughter got there and didn’t bother to let us know.
