Manager was not present when I had an issue. Waited 3 hours long time customer 29plus years. Very disappointed with my service.
Jonathan was very helpful, and I would definitely recommend him. I love my new Toyota Corolla Hybrid!

When I arrived for my initial appointment with Raul, he was with another customer. He was going back and forth between us, causing lengthy delays. There was a lot of excessive waiting around, which I thought was inconsiderate and unprofessional. Secondly, when I went to pick up the check on Friday 21st November for the equity of my trade, I was presented with a check for $3,850 less than what I was led to believe (and confirmed in writing).
