The AC in my Toyota FJ had gone out. I stopped by the Murfreesboro Toyota dealership to get it fixed and the service department was closed, however a very nice gentleman in the sales department helped me, and was able to replace a relay and got the AC working again in 90 degree weather. After all was said and done the owner, Andy, came out to make sure we were satisfied. We highly recommend Toyota of Murfreesboro.

I have to say the Service Department is not very professional at all. Customer Service is almost non existent. On the other hand, Liz in Sales is wonderful. She took the time to get to know my family. Even on her days off she goes out of her way to make sure we are getting taken care of.
Great place to buy a car! Matt Breaux helped us find a beautiful Lexus, a car we would have never thought to look at, but fell in love with. He was patient while we made up our mind about this big decision. And Andrew in finance made the paperwork go smoothly and helped us get a payment we could afford. Thanks again guys!
The people there were very professional, and took their time in helping my mother look for things she wanted not what they wanted to sell her.
