I owe Toyota of Murfreesboro a sincere apology. For anyone who saw my last review, I totally blasted and disrespected Toyota of Murfreesboro and Ms Charleen Coleman. Turns out they did everything to help me and I was upset about deal that didn't happen. Went to visit them today and apologized in person. THIS PLACE IS ACTUALLY TERRIFIC.
Toyota of Murfreesboro with Andy Obeissy as its leader is the best run dealership I've ever dealt with. Personable, friendly, and the best service. There have been times when I was out of town and brought my Tundra to a different dealership for service, and have been disappointed with their customer care and other issues. Toyota of Murfreesboro has my loyalty. Thanks Andy!
Would really give it a zero. Worst service...I have spent countless hours waiting for return calls. Never got them. Went to the dealership, and what it boils down to...they want you to book an appointment with their service before they will even discuss an issue. Today just wanted to know if I could get a duplicate key made from a key code. Both key fobs got locked in a car "that can never be locked with the keys inside" .Finally had to call a locksmith....went to auto zone where they helped me.
