Pre set an appointment and the salesman even called to make sure we would be there. He wasn’t around so we left after 15 minutes. The receptionist was either new or could care less we were standing in front of her. Buying from someone else.
Took my new used car here for its first oil change and tire rotation. I did not have an appt, and they still got me in-and-out fairly quickly. I received great service from Ian McDonald and the rest of the staff, and I received a free car wash. I am a happy customer and will be coming back in the future. Very nice, clean facility with a concession stand and comfortable seating area. Very impressed!
This is a great place to buy and service your car. People are awesome and they truly understand customer service. If you are in the market please go see Randy Grimsley. I give him 5 stars.
2 hours on a oil change on Toyota Camry.... this is ridiculous!!. Even with a early show up
