I wanted to give a special thanks to the guys in the service department- while my car was being serviced today, I had to switch to a rental. Usually this would be no big deal, but I had my 6 week old baby and all the gear in tow. Not only did they help me move all of the gear between vehicles, but they also help install and reinstall the car seat base properly. This was much appreciated, especially in 90 degree weather. Thank you for your kindness!
