I have been here since before 8:30 this morning with an appointment for 8:30. It's now 3:43 still waiting. This is absolutely inexcusable! I asked if we could just take a borrowed car and go home. Come back tomorrow. Nope! We're still waiting. I can't believe this type of service for a huge company such as toyota. So sad!

I would give Toyota of Murfreesboro a 5 but I hate spending money so a 4 it is. Nell was our sales lady who was very helpful in locating the exact vehicle my wife wanted without trying to talk us in to something different. Andy also stopped to talk to us on several occasions to make sure everything was going great while we were on site. Finally Sean finished up all our our paperwork and was great to work with. My wife ended up with the brand new 4Runner she wanted at an exceptional price with great service.
I would recommend Toyota of Murfreesboro in a heart beat, the service dept not only changed my oil, I got a complimentary car wash, and a discount on top of my coupon price highly satisfied I WILL RETURN FOR SERVICE !!!
The recent visit to Toyota of Murfreesboro was great! The team there always makes me feel so important and taken care of. I don't think there has been a time I went there and someone hasn't offered me a complementary hot chocolate or water!! Each person on the team smiles and genuinely looks like they want to be there to help!!! Loved it!!
Great Service Dept! It's always a lot of people, but I've never had to wait more than 1hr! Highly Recommend the service dept at Toyota of Murfreesboro!
This was the easiest purchase I have made. Sean was AWESOME getting me a great interest rate and Jim the sales associate was very knowledgeable about Toyota. The OWNER made me the BEST cup of coffee EVER! I felt very special and appreciated I will definitely tell everyone I know to go to Toyota it's the BEST!
