Blake Volner helped my daughter who goes to MTSU with a problem that had originated at Toyota of Knoxville. He worked with them even though they were unhelpful. He fixed her car as best he could with a temporary part and made sure it was safe for her to drive. With her being 3 1/2 hours from home this was very traumatic for her. He reassured her and was very kind. He went above and beyond what we could have even hoped for.
I had a very negative experience. I had an initial offer for a trade for my vehicle on a Nissan Armada. And then the next correspondence from the dealer was $1,600 more than the initial offer. Very bad experience!!! Can't believe that they will not honor verbal quote originally offered! Also, was told that they had recorded the original phone conversation without my knowledge and did go back and verify that they had given the original quote. Just made a mistake, I was told. Very unprofessional!
I took my car in yesterday for my 15000 mile service. Someone lost my remote so I didn't get my car back yesterday. Today is day #2 of our vacation to Florida and we are still sitting here at home in Murfreesboro with NO CAR. We should be nearing our vacation spot south of Tampa Florida at this time. I called them an hour ago and I still have no answer as to when I will get my car. This is the worst service ever. My service from now on will be at another dealership.

My wife and I drove 3 hours, 6 hours round trip, to meet with a dealer we had an appointment with. We were interested in a particular vehicle that we researched online. Ten minutes prior to reaching the dealership we received a message to call the dealer our appointment was with. Upon calling we were told the vehicle that "was being held" for us to view had been sold. This was poor communication and a lack of realistic salesmanship. We will never return to Toyota of Murfreesboro.
It was an outstanding dealership. Gus and Liz took care of everything in a very professional manner. It was well worth the 600 mile drive. I would recommend them to anyone. AAA+++ Thanks so much!
Beautiful new facility. However, waiting forever...past the estimated 2-3 hours. Soap operas playing in the reception area (with young kids)...not appropriate! Here for a recall so not by my choice.
Any and everyone that I know please tell everyone you know that might be interested in buying a car, not to shop and buy a car at Toyota Murfreesboro. They are really sneaky and underhanded. They will lie, cheat, still, and even sell their own children if that's the only way they can get your business. Several people pretend to be Christians that work there, but in all reality they are a bunch of hypocrites. They wouldn't know the truth if it was staring them straight in the face.
