Go see Daniel Voloshinko! He's kind and smart and will help you any way he can. He helped me get a brand new Rav4 and got me the price I needed. Very thankful for all of those at Toyota Scion of Murfreesboro for their kindness, knowledge and help. I got my Rav4 in September and the family at Toyota still call me every so often to see how I'm doing and if I need anything. Great place to buy or lease your vehicle.
I did not have a pleasant buying experience AT ALL. The salesman was o.k., but in the end I had to deal with the owner in trying to resolve an insurance check issue. He tried to act like he was being helpful, but I think it took my persistence and insistence to get action. This made for a VERY frustrating and aggravating time. Where anyone spends that amount of money --- the staff and owner should be efficient and on the ball with transactions.

Worst customer experience. I bought a used car on August 1st and I am STILL waiting for them to follow through on promises made prior to the purchase of my vehicle. I have made over 10 return visits and even met with the service manager AND general manager. They will not return phone calls and are not capable of simply ordering a correct part. I'll be filling a formal complaint to the corporate office in CA. This has been the worse car buying experience I ever had. They are so helpful and will call you non stop to get a sale. After you buy a car, you can't get anyone to even return a call. Such jerks.
Communication skills are lacking unless they want you to buy more of their services.
