I traded for a used Avalon which rides so good! The sales staff were excellent and did not pressure me at all. I had a great experience at this dealership, and would recommend it to any one.
Nothing good to say. Went in for an oil change and somehow they got grease on my back seats, and gross grease hand print on my front passenger seat, and also on the driver side door panel and seat. I'm Not sure how that all happens on an oil change and tire rotation. I can't upload pics here but I tagged them on my page yesterday when we picked up our RAV4. Side note, second time this has happened. Very disappointed in our service here. We will not be back.
I bought my Toyota Tundra from them . Can't say enough About Jim Matt in sales and Doug .they do what they say going to do this is a great dealer Five star I would buy from these people again they do work hard to get you a good deal.
It always takes forever... Over 4 hours last time I was here, and this time it is already almost 2 hours. All for an oil change, with an appointment. The last time I was here after I got home, I realized that there were 4 lug nuts in my passenger seat, I had no idea why or where they came from?!?
Long story short...Salesman was great, financing guy almost made me back out of the deal, store manager made me an offer to not back out so I didnt...love my car...now comes the current problem....Service department is awful and has been a nightmare since day 1! A different story from every person, every time we've talked to someone whether on phone or in person. Don't buy a vehicle from here strictly based on their 'great' Service Department!
I just purchased my 4th car from this dealership and have always come here for service! Never disappointed! Today Jonathan, Wes, Will, Andy and Aaron took super good care of me and sent me home in my new 4Runner. You want to buy a car here, go see Jonathan Deberry and make sure you see Aaron in finance if that's the way you go. Amazing group of guys! Thanks so much!
