Had a good experience. Collin was patient, and devoted a few hours of his time into helping us. I Changed my mind a few times. He clearly was showing interest in making sure I got what I wanted , not what he wanted to sell. Very happy with my new work truck.
I've purchased 3 cars from Toyota and bought a 2018 RAV4 last week from this dealership. I will ALWAYS go to this dealership. They are fair, kind and are more than willing to work with your budget. They do not play games (not the typical car salesman dance), and will treat you with honesty and respect. We were able to secure the deal thru email which meant a lot to me as my time is important and they were very considerate working with my schedule. I can highly recommend Toyota of Murfreesboro. And, my car is beautiful! :)
Firstly, this is incredibly disappointing, because my 2017 xse Corolla is the best car I’ve ever had. My initial 5,000 mile check was fine, but the 10,000 mile checkup, I was having a small issue with the driver window. They looked/worked on it for 2 hours. Said I needed a new regulator & made an appointment for the following week. On the 2nd appointment, I waited for THREE HOURS just to be told, “well actually, come to think of it, your car is totally fine. Last tech that checked it just made a mistake. I love the staff and service. I just have 1 request....can yall please put some WD-40 on the hinges to the service door. Im in the waiting lobby and its driving me bonkers everytime someone opens it. Lol. Much love. �

**LONG STORY** I would never recommend anyone to this dealership! My husband and I went in Saturday to see if they had any Honda pilots.. they only had one. A 2016 pilot EX-L my husband asked the price and got the whole well I don’t know we will have to go inside to figure out how much it is... it took awhile and the guy was clearly trying to find out how much money we had before telling us how much the car was.
