My husband and I went in to purchase a 2016 Kia Sorento yesterday. The price online was $5,000.00 cheaper than what I was told it was when I went to the dealership. The price that the associate printed off from Toyota's website during the purchasing process was also the price that I saw online. But did I get the vehicle for the price that was quoted on Toyota's website. No.. my husband and I had to walk away. Was it switch and bait? Was it truly a mistake in pricing? I will never know. They posted the 2012 Honda civic.for $4290.00. when they told me the car was $9800.00 I knew I'd wasted my time... I told them that was over $1200 over blue book value... they just got rude about it... poor customer service.
I got my Highlander and we’re so grateful for the deal and the awesome managers. HUGE SHOUTOUT TO George Ghaly who assisted us. He gave us the best options and he was way experienced to direct us through buying process. I had an accident with my old Jeep and very thankful for the replacement. We love Toyota and thank you George one more time!
Distinctly UNHELPFUL regarding your so called "lifetime extended warranty ". You make the sale, then leave the buyer in the dirt. Shame on you. Extremely poor customer service!!!
