To say I don’t like change is an understatement. I’ve owned and driven my Pacifica for the last 13 years. After talking to Lance and letting him know what I loved and hated about my car, he was able to find the perfect replacement. I’m now a proud owner of a 2015 Toyota Venza. It has all the features I loved in my Pacifica and more! Lance took the time to find out what I wanted and made sure it was the perfect vehicle for me.
Matt Breaux made the shopping experience a great joy. He was patient as we looked at several vehicles and stayed late for us to make a decision and made sure we were satisfied. So disappointed with my recent experience with the service department! I had an issue with my Bluetooth that could not be fixed, so they had to order me a whole new radio. Spoke with service advisor, Paul, on Monday and was told that I didn’t have to have an appointment and as long as I was there by Saturday evening, they would still have the part and would fix it.
