Bait and switch. Still advertising a car that miraculously sold the morning of our appointment. My wife made appointment for same car 2 days later.

Excellent experience After looking at two previous dealerships, Toyota of Massapequa was the one. We recently bought a 2018 Rav 4 from this dealership and had an excellent experience looking and test driving different vehicles. Our salesmen Ali was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He gave us the facts as they are and was well informed about all facets of the car and the process. Fraudulent Dealings We went to this dealership looking to buy a used car. We test drove a car and agreed to buy it, under the condition that damage to the front of the car would be fixed by their service center for no charge. Verbatim, the salesman said "If we fix it, do we have a deal." We answered yes and put money down. Careless Airbag Recall Tech damaged door sill removing scuff panel by improper tool (most likely flat screwdriver) Arrogant Service Manager refused to admit that and tried to redirect blame. Protect yourself by videotaping car condition before going there (if you must)
