Service Department I had a great experience with the Parts Department and the Service Department. I had a build in GPS that needed to be upgraded (5 years old) - they ordered the part and equipment to install glady and took care of it with no problems. Other parts departments were not interested in doing this for me. Everyone was pleasant to deal with.

Promises Promises Purchased new 2018 4 Runner Limited this past August. Dealer tried selling me everything from undercoating to service plans...…. Day after purchase was very surprised car had no remote start. Why they not try selling me. Now they want $650.00 to install. I Rarely use car, less than 2300 miles and headlight out. Very, very happy From start to finish, I was totally impressed by the courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and efficient staff. All questions and concerns were handled superbly as was the transition paperwork moving my insurance from the vehicle that I traded in onto the new car. At no time did I feel pressured and I knew from the start that I was dealing with an honest group of people. Good job, keep it up.
Best no nonsense experience I’ve ever had From the salesman to the managers everyone there was polite and professional, along with not wasting any time doing the best they could do for me (the customer)... I plan on coming back for my next vehicle as well as recommending all of my friends and family.
Carol is the Greatest Sales Person Ever Amazing experience at this dealership. This was the first time I've every leased a car, let alone gotten a car in my adult life, and they made it an incredible experience. I worked with Carol Romano, who by far has to be one of their best sales people. She made me feel relaxed and confident in my choice, and was clearly their to make sure I got the "glass slipper" to fit my needs. I highly recommend to anyone to ask specifically for her when they go.
Poor customer service I went here to look at the new 2019 rav4. I was told they would get a salesman to come talk with me. I was in dealership for half hour and was completely ignored. I finally walked out and I would never buy a vehicle from this place. Went to another Toyota dealership and was welcomed right away and saw a very pleasant, non-pushy salesman. I would recommend this dealership to anyone!
SCAM ALERT. Please DO NOT Go there. They are SCAMMERS. They will promise you everything before you go. They will not tell you about $1995 Down Payment $695 Prep Fee they require on top of the car's price. And even if they do tell you that they will wave both of them for you, they DO NOT.
