Some Good People, not a Good team We bought a car here recently for cash and it took over 5 hours. The car was delivered with no gas. The team seems disorganized. They offered installs that service cannot deliver. It was just a bad experience, Toyota make great cars, they are not well represented here by this group. They need to improve. I think the service department seems good and I liked the people there. There are 64 Toyota Dealerships rated in New York and this one ranked 56th. So it speaks for itself.
Trust Is Everything!! This is a bit long, but worth every word if you don't want to get ripped off? I have learned in my recent car buying experience, that TRUST is everything! Useless sales people, rude sales manager! Useless sales people, rude sales manager had to make all decisions!! Salesman disappeared three times for 15 minutes. I asked to have lease quote written dow ande-mailed to me, they refused!!
Great experience I am super happy with my recent purchase of my 2019 Rav 4! The interaction was to the point. I told my sales rep my check list and the price point I wanted to be. They were able to deliver on the car and price! Also all the people I came in contact with were super pleasant, professional and not pushy at all!
Bad Experience They suck. After all paperwork signed and car received they conveniently left out one Document. Car lease return disposition fee not honored no callback either.
The Best Andrew and Danny were so honest, accommodating and friendly. They were really patient with me and never made me feel pressured. They worked hard to get me the exact car I wanted within my exact budget.
