Wilberto , the salesman, lied to me about the msrp. He lied to me that they have the car I wanted just so I went down there, even though car was no longer available. I ended up paying 37.5 on a camry le at 5.9 apr. Dont make the same mistake I made. Please go somewhere else

We recently purchase a 3 year old Corolla at this dealership. Our salesman, Shazada Ali went” all out” to help us get a good deal, and attended to every small point that he could. He even helped me program the new radio with blue tooth with stations I enjoy. Everything was meticulously done without a fault.
My salesperson Colby was outstanding. He was knowledgeable, kind and made leasing my new RAV4 Prime an amazing experience. I will not hesitate to recommend him to anyone purchasing a new Toyota and truly will continue to make Toyota of Massapequa the only place I buy future vehicles.

I have never met or seen a dealership with salesmen that are beyond unenthusiastic and lack emotions. It was if they did not want our business. Melvin was not even trying to make us feel comfortable or really be supportive in what we wanted. Some people are not meant for this line of work and he is definitely not. In fact he tried to play us and say that he was going to "throw in" 2 years of free oil changes for a lease when for a lease its included! Really just overall terrible customer service. Stay away, unethical dealership. Promised a value for my car through KBB instant cash offer, but once I got there told me it is suddenly $8k less than it was 24 hours prior even though the car is in pristine condition and actual mileage is less than what I initially quoted them. I had a bad feeling as soon as I got there as the whole dealership just looked seedy and gave off a bad vibe.
Toyota's a great, Toyota of Massapequa is not. I suggest you choose a different dealership if you're interested in a Toyota. Just buying my leased car out was such a problem. First, they added $2,000 to my car price thinking I didn't know what was left, they were wrong. Second, in financing they say you have three options, actually it's 4 - the 4th being you don't need to take any of their 3 coverage options.
