I bought a keep from this dealership about 8 months ago and along with that I purchased a vehicle service warranty (which I still have not received a copy of) I have gone to get an oil change and also to have my tires rotated only to be told the service is not included with the service because I have a non Toyota vehicle ( I guess because American lug nuts are different?) Was lied to and treated with such disrespect. I was lied to spoken to like I’m 5 years old. They used to give great service however massapequa Toyota service has gone down hill. Be aware especially if you are a woman. If they tried to take advantage of me as a woman I believe they would do it to others.
Stay away, they will do whatever it takes to bring you in but once inside you will find out that was just a scam to bring you in, and nothing as promised
I bought my Highlander from Toyota of Massapequa. I was happy with the sale back then. It came time for service and I had an issue with my AC line draining. Let me tell you, I got an appointment right away from Adrian. Nick, the Service Director was away when my car was there but kept me updated on its progress and instructed John to take great care of me. I was blown away by the service that I have received.
