Bought my first Toyota yesterday! A New Highlander XLE from Toyota of Kingsport (TOK). The trade process went very smooth.....thanks to our sales representative Mark Wells and Sales Manager Chuck Hunt. Mark was friendly and VERY knowledgable about the vehicle. The only reason Im not giving it 5 stars is due to some complications we encountered with the vehicle the week we purchased it and the way some members of middle managment handled thing, but finally after speakimg with Mr. Griffith, things came together and he is a man of his word. Im actually very satisfied with the dealership as a whole. Before the sell service was top notch. Mr. Giffith is a man who cares for his customers and community and as long as he is there, I will continue doing business with them.
Toyota of Kingsport is not only the best dealership to buy or service your vehicle, it's a great company at which to work. I have truly enjoyed my time there! I would recommend them for sales, service or employment to anyone! Great company all the way around!
I'm afraid my experiences haven't been to good. The first time I took my car in for service, they forgot to hook alternator back to battery. I go back again to have my car serviced, also ask for new wiper blades. Well they charged me for wiper blades but my car has the Same old ones. I did call,the girl Said just come back. No sorry no nothing. Its a bit inconveniencing to have to keep going back because of something they forgot.
