I was overwhelmingly pleased with my experience at Kingsport Toyota. It completely changed my mind about car buying. Every member of the staff was very pleasant! If you are looking for a used/new car I highly recommend them. If you don't see them you have lost a great opportunity.
I called and scheduled an oil change and went in to the service department. The gentleman told me I was ready for my 30,000 service check, when he went over the list he didn’t to tell me the cost of the 30,000 service. I signed the iPad and went on inside. Went to check out and I was surprised of the cost. Before you sign, make sure you get a hard copy in hand, so you can check each item. Will never go back to Toyota for anything.
