Love this place!!I recently purchased a 18' CH-R and couldn't be happier, Mark Wells and all the staff made sure that my husband and I were completely satisfied with our purchase and our budget!!

I have not bought a car from Toyota in Kingsport. However, my husband and I have rented a car from there a couple of times and will continue. We have to drive to Memphis quite a bit for our sons medical care and rent a car so we don’t have to put the miles on our car. Everyone is always so nice and make sure we get what we need. We usually rent the Prius because it is the best on gas. I actually get quite sad when I have to give it back!�� Toyota in Kingsport is seriously the best if you are in need of renting a car!
Recently purchased a 4Runner from this place and had a fantastic experience. Lee Gragg was the salesman and we couldn't have been happier with him. Even the GM Brian Griffith spent a considerable amount of time with us and the best part of it was there was hardly any haggling over price. They got within a few hundred bucks of a deal I had previously negotiated with Johnson City which took almost two weeks of haggling back and forth with them.
