RecommendedHad another great maintenance/minor repair visit. Keith always takes great care of me, efficient, pleasant and helpful. We've developed a friendship over the years and I trust him. Also met Theresa (not sure about the spelling) and she was so cheerful as she effortlessly paired my iPhone to the van's Bluetooth. What great service!

I purchased my 2018 Toyota Tacoma from Anna late Saturday evening. I've dealt with a lot of car dealers over the years and must say that Toyota of kingsport was the best. They had no problem doing the deal I wanted. The staff have excellent customer service skills. I will definitely consider them again for car purchases.

I purchased a 2018 SR5 premium in June and have had it at the service department 10+ times , “repaired” 7 times, and it has set in their shop for 17 days for vibration issues. I was told today corporate says that all the SR5 premiums vibrate so they can’t help me anymore. Don’t waste your time or money purchasing one!!!
I wanted to publicly say thank you to Toyota of Kingsport. I do mortgages and needed a verification of employment for a home buyer that works there. Even as busy as they were in the admin office Susan Cox and Amy were extremely instrumental in helping me get the info in a RUSH on a deadline.
