Toyota of Kingsport is an extremely deceptive business. They have permanently lost mine and my husband’s business. We paid almost 900 dollars to have a paint protective coating sprayed on our brand new 2018 Toyota 4 runner and were told that this would be an overnight job. Little did we know, this was apparently only for the front end of the vehicle. The accessories department lied about this to us when we paid to have it done. You have lost our business.
My Boyfriend got his New Toyota Tacoma from Zachary, with Andy's help in the financial department. Absolutely amazing to work with. Zachary listened to what we wanted, showed us every Tacoma on the lot. He got his new truck and we weren't pressured to buy one, which is what we had experienced from other Car Dealers in the past. Thanks so much, he is in love with his Tacoma Sport!!

Toyota of Kingsport is a great dealership. They have a very good selection of vehicles and great deals. Mark Wells will make your buying experience great. He is very friendly and knowledgeable.
Exceptional Customer Service after the sale even if you purchased your Toyota elsewhere. Service Departnent has company trained and certified technician's. They only use original Toyota parts. I wouldn't think of going any where else except Toyota of Kingsport.
These guys are the best! Lee went above and beyond to help me get the car I wanted! Everyone was so nice from start to finish! Thank you so much for everything! I will definitely go back here for our next vehicle!
