Working with Marvin has been a positive experience. There’s a few items that need attention and even though it’s a used car and not a Toyota, he assured me that he will and is correcting my issues. When a representative (Marvin) answers and returns calls, that’s #1 to me. I see a Toyota in my next car purchase if that’s the kind of service they give there.
Huge thanks to Matt Starr for his hard work in getting the RAV4 that I wanted. I understand it wasn't easy to find but the Toyota crew made it happen! Matt was very professional and kept in constant contact with me to let me know how the search was going. Once it was secured I received a text from Matt letting me know the day to pick it up.
