Very rude people they refused to let us open up the car and look at it without first us giving him our information and drivers license first sounds shady to me!
The service department does not react to urgent needs.
Recommended5 stars!! Bought a 2020 Rav4 Hybrid; they gave us a great trade in. We love our new car- got great gas mileage on a recent trip to Nashville (40.5 mpg). We are getting 44.7 mpg in town. Best sales staff around (Carol helped us when we bought our new 2004 Sienna from TOK and again this year- she is the best!!).
They were great to work with! We got a great Rav 4 at a great deal! Process was a little slow, but well worth it!
Lee Gragg once again exceeded my expectations on my car purchase. We purchased a Tacoma and 4Runner and the process could not have been smoother! He actually called to congratulate me on 2 years on my last vehicle, which had been previously stolen. I replaced it with something I regretted, and he offered to run numbers on another 4Runner.
