So far so good. They will be delivering this car to me mid-March. Everyone was friendly, helpful and seemed very knowledgeable. Great experience with Toyota Lexus of Kingsport.

Awesome dealership. Friendly and courtesy staff. The dealerships is clean and the prices and features of cars is clearly displayed.
Even though the vehicle was sold before I could come take a look :( But the dealership was quick on their responses and let me know in advance that the vehicle had sold so I didn't have to travel 2 hours. Even though I haven't had a chance to buy anything from them I would try again.

They were amazing! I ended up buying a 2019 Silverado from them instead of the 2013 I originally looked at. They were able to get me a phenomenal financing rate, the truck was ready when I got there, and everyone was a consummate professional! Jonathan Coffee is the BEST salesman ever!
