RecommendedWe recently purchased a new 4Runner through Marvin Tolly, who was recommended by a friend. Marvin was very helpful and knowledgeable. The staff at Toyota of Kingsport were great to work with. Would definitely consider using them in the future and will not hesitate to recommend Marvin!
terrible service. my used 2015 toyota we paid for was kept a week and not cleaned properly. then get a call a WEEK later saying I didn't pay taxes to pay more. I would not recommend these crooks to anyone. I called and complained and they said they would take care of us. lied and didnt do anything. DO NOT SHOP HERE you will get a nasty car with horrible service
we recently bought a 2015 Toyota Sienna van from them. while the salesman was awesome, the rest has been a nightmare and hope this nightmare is about over. drove well over 2 and a half hour. They had it for over a week. drove up to finally get it and it looked like it had been driven all night with bugs covering the front. they took it back and 5 minutes at most brings it back. said now! get in and there was oil prints all over the headliner! there was TRASH LEFT IN THE BACK OF THE SEATS. headliner is covered smells like a w... read more
Asked about making some mobility changes to a van, Leslie called me back and said that they couldn’t do it, but gave me a number to a place in Knoxville that might be able to. I appreciate it when a business does that.

I had an awesome experience at Toyota of Kingsport. Justin was great and found just the car I was looking for. I love my new car!
I always deal with Angela, and it’s always the best! She’s the best to work with because she is always honest about if something can be done or if it’s not going to happen. Everyone there always greets me with smiles and warm faces! I’ll only go to TOK! Service department is always prompt and takes great care of my vehicles. They take the time to make sure everything is clean when they get in and out of my car. Overall anyone that wants a Toyota should for sure skip over any other Toyota place and head straight to TOK!
Everyone went out of their way to help me. The biggest reason I went to Kingsport is because of the commercials they have on tv during Easter and Christmas about Jesus!

Jeff is a great guy, he sold me my rav 4 and was very attentive to any questions I had with the vehicle, he also followed up with any questions I had and told me to contact him if I had any questions. Now that's good service! I'll shop Toyota of Kingsport for any future vehicle based on this excellent experience! 5 stars!!
