Great customer service And knowledge
I am not one to share personal customer service experiences but when an issue is handled so well, I'm compelled to. Melvin Shaffer and Shannon Carr really took care of me when I needed unexpected service this past weekend. Their support reinforces the great choice I made buying a certified Rav4 from Toyota of Kingsport. I will buy from them again. Thank you #toyotaofkingsport!

Not at this time this is uncalled for
My Nanny traded her two vehicles today for one vehicle to last her for a long time, possibly forever. Lee Gragg went above and beyond helping us. (My family has purchased 5 or 6 vehicles from him, we wouldn't use anyone else.) Shawn helped us with the finalizing of paperwork and was very kind to us. We are thankful for the staff of Toyota of Kingsport!!!!
