I have used this dealership since I became a Toyota owner. I take my and my family's cars there for scheduled as well as other needed service. Mario in service is fantastic! Bonnie in sales is amazing! As a disclaimer, I work for SET, however, I am not required to use this dealership, I choose to.
Very slow you call and make an appointment they tell you service takes one hour i showed up 15 min early then they tell me Oh the service is glong to take over 2 hours ... very unhappy
I know Craig Sabarese personally, so I know that he has a great personality and is an honest guy. However, when it came time to replace my vehicle he went above and beyond to find the right car for me. Not only did he find me the perfect car but his finance guy, Dwight Flatt, found the right loan and together they made the experience a complete pleasure. Both were very knowledgable about their perspective positions and very professional. Thank you very much!
I love Toyota of Deerfield beach. I recently took my car there for service and Jose Neto helped me. He was very attentive, Thank you Jose, my Corrolla is running good again. Everytime I go there I always get excellent help.
Do not shop here. I inquired about a car in 2011 and have been receiving soliciting calls almost daily for over a month, in 2016!!!!!! I called and told them I wasn't interested and I am still receiving soliciting calls weekly!! Do NOT shop here. They harass you!!!
My first time here for service after hating the service at Ed Morse Toyota service (ha, that's a laugh, there's no service there). Elliot Gunter was the best! I had the "maintenace required" light on and had taken it to Ed Morse (about a month ago) with another issue (car wasn't turning on with pushing the button). Although I had videos of ignition issue, Ed Morse tech kept saying there was nothing wrong. Toyota of Deerfield Beach has been the best car buying experience of my life. JC and Natalie and their team definitely put together a great deal for me. The entire staff is very friendly and they make me feel welcomed. I was not treated like someone with challenged credit or a sale. I will definitely buy from them again.
