I had tire shine from this place stain my, not even 3 week old, White 2017 Tacoma SR5 paint. I bought my truck from a different dealer but had my truck washed here at Toyota of Deerfield. Darren Palmer, the Service Director flat out told me I was lying about the tire shine staining my paint. I was in an accident and needed to replace my Honda, my friend suggested Deerfield Toyota. Let me tell you worst experience ever and this was my 3rd time buying a car. Not people of honor as my friend thought! I was lied to and taken advantage of at a delicate time. Today I got pulled over only to find out the DEALERSHIP has NOT registered my tag! Great people to work with, especially Richard Millman, Peter, and Kirk. Except for the necessary paperwork which took a while to read and sign (not their fault), the whole experience was very nice. Richard, in particular, went above and beyond anything we actually expected from a car salesman. He even arranged to deliver the car to our home (with his very helpful assistant), after we signed the papers.
