Terrible people. For a year a family member of mine overpaid for issues their incompetent service workers caused (they ACTUALLY broke cable in her automatic seats and said a RAT chewed through it!). During this time they told her nothing was covered. They lied through their teeth as her warranty is completely in tact. Only now are they righting their mistakes because the car owner had to involve an attorney. I had a wonderful shopping experience at Deerfield Beach Toyota yesterday. Craig Sabarese my salesman explained the differences between three different models and then between three different 4 Runners till I was happy with the new to me 4 runner that is coming home with me. All in all a great day.
Brought my camery from here, great experience I have ever had buying a car. My sales person Gregg Linton was great had followed up with, I came in 3 weeks later and he came up to my car when I pulled into the lot knowing I came for car wash ( most people don't remember you that you saw 5 minutes ago). Will definitely buy my next car from Gregg.
