My experience with the service dept started out on the long wait. A breakdown in communications..... After it was handled, the service advisor walked my car through, found the problem, and walked me out to a very clean car, gave me my keys, told me there was no charge and sent me on my way. The service advisor that I have dealt with is excellent, I always ask for him.
We've owned four Toyotas and would reconsider purchasing another based on how terrible the service has been at Deerfield Toyota. Have given them multiple opportunities to make it right before writing this review, but went to pick up the car after 2 weeks in their shop and it still wasn't fixed properly. Doesn't appear anyone looked at the car before calling to say it was ready. Cannot recommend to anyone.
Our experience was excellent. Domingo the salesman and Peter the manager were very helpful. Offered me alternatives to what I came for but without pressure. We were in and out in just over 2 hours. Done deal. The showroom atmosphere is very good. If you are looking for toyota the place to go. I,ll report back On service once we test them!
Excellence service every time I go - Walter and Jeff are the best. Wouldn't go anywhere else! I drive from Miami to go there specifically!
I like the service writer Mike Z. The only problem is trying to schedule service. I have tried the app and website to no avail. So I guess I will have to cutout 20 minutes or so to do it over the phone.
