We recently purchased our third new car from here...the 2018 Camry Hybrid (traded in a 2 month old Lincoln MKZ Hybrid - the Camry has so many more features, is a better riding vehicle and has a spare) This dealership goes the extra mile. We just attended the monthly 'new vehicle owner' dinner at the dealership!! If I could have given the service dept a -1☆ I would have. Arrived at 945 for my 10 appointment was assigned Service Advisor Manny. I was there early, 2 customers ahead of me. While waiting another customer appointment arrived. Manny was busy that morning. Noticed though Manny was busy trying to deal with 4 customers there were other advisers with no customers one even eating a danish and coffee at his desk. I have had two opportunities to visit Toyota of Deerfield Beach. One for regular service on my Camry (could not have been better), and the second last Saturday when I took a chance and asked about swapping my Camry for a new car since the lease was to be up in 4 months and I was near the top of my milage.
