Worst dealership Our car had a repair that could not be fixed, so we decided to get a new minivan. We were on a time crunch, so I contacted 8-9 Toyota and Honda dealerships in the area to get the best price, before I came in. I got several quotes emailed to me, and contacted Toyota of dallas to see if they could beat it. They told me they could. We came in with our daughter and they started playing games with us. Worst customer service This toyota dealership in worst in my opinion. Don't buy from them or deal with them even if they have the best car deals in the Nation. They will treat you very well until you sign your contract and later no one will care about you. I hope there is less than one to give them.
Criminally deceptive predators! These guys changed paperwork after I signed adding $10k to the price, then led me to believe I had to get "gap" insurance! When I returned to dealer to discuss the gross discrepancy, they voided the deal and left me stranded miles from home. I have never been so abused in a business transaction (by the manager!)
Save Yourself the Trip I'm only giving Toyota of Dallas a one star rating because there was no option for zero stars. Do not buy from Toyota of Dallas! I called to ask for a very specific car, Toyota Highlander used 2010 for $18,000 or less. The person I spoke with, Richard is a used car salesperson, and he said he had two SUVs in stock. When I asked about the carfax, he said both of this cars were clean and they were one owner. I asked twice about the clean carfax and he assured me the cars were clean and was very eager to get me to come into Toyota. I was at the Toyota of Dallas with my family (my wife and 2 kids – 2yr old and a 7yr old) for an Oil Change for my Corolla at around 8:30AM on Sep 5th 2015. While we were waiting we decided to check out Toyota Highlander and a 2014 Mazda CX-9 as we were in the market for a 7 seater SUV.
