Constant changing management causes issues for customers I have been to this dealership for service three times over the past 18 months. Each time there has been "new" management. The current management says the prior management did not do their job properly and failed to keep notes regarding my car and apparently have not filed the proper paperwork with Toyota Corp. regarding warranty work. My husband and I live near Denton and we drove all the way to Dallas of Toyota because I have always had great service in the Service Department for the past 2 1/2 years. Don't lie to customers. Had an appointment set up for a mid afternoon test drive on Saturday. Emailed and talked to the internet sales manager, and we agreed on a time. The dealer even emailed me to tell me he would be taken off the sales floor at that time. When I arrived, he was with another customer. Would have been nice if he came out and at least apologized. Disgusted I bought a Camry from Toyota of Dallas I love the car it's a great car but it does not have the features on the car that the sticker on the window said it did and yes I bought it brand-new from Toyota of Dallas whenever address these issues I was lied to over and over again. Poor service, shady negotiators, rude - go somewhere else The "Used Cars" side of this dealership is dedicated to swindling you as best they can. They sell by pressuring their customers - they play the game well. Definitely don't buy a car on your first visit. And make them show you the invoice. My experience was with a used 2015 mazda3. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE Neighbors and friends, please don't go here if you have to. We have lived in the area - Farmers Branch for over 40 years. My husband is a combat veteran with a purple heart. They kept us all afternoon, and would not do a deal over $250.00. No negotiation, he just put us out the door. Shockingly bad, incompetent service experience I'm frankly horrified at Toyota of Dallas' apparent lack of ethics and professionalism. Without sharing the details of our recent service experience which may ultimately result in legal action, I would certainly urge caution when dealing with these bunch of incompetent crooks.
Excellent customer service I called Toyota of Dallas and let me share with you my experience with one of the Salesperson. I'm referring to Richard Parrilla! This guy was very helpful and understood exactly what I was looking for. I loved the fact that he is bilingual and speak my primary language and that made me feel very confident! A little Advice: Don't go to Toyota of Dallas they use bait and switch. Toyota of Dallas said they would match the price when I got there that was not the case. The advertisrd price was 15,100 2016 Toyota Corolla. When I arrived they said the car had been sold, then switched the story to we made a mistake on the web site.
