Sale was quick financing was slow We were doing a cash deal. After we got done with the sales guy it took 3 hrs to hand over a check to the finance guy.

New car puchsse My salesman, Obi Agbor, provided excellent service throughout the entire car purchasing process. He was informative and addressed all my concerns. He Knew the differentiating factors to set the Avalon apart from other cars I was considering. He was tenacious without being obnoxious and pushy like some other dealers. Overall outstanding!

I've been liad to Finance department lied to me about smart note They said I will pay the same amount if I choose smart note including extended warranty and gap insurance I signed the document based on trust Then later I found out they lied to me ...!!!the fact was I've been mislead to buy the extended warranty and the gap insurance ... Be careful dealing with these guys I wouldn't trust their words ..
Superb customer service! Michael Stewart was our sales person, and he has such a great personality! He made us feel welcome and was very helpful and knowledgeable. Our visit at Toyota of Dallas has a great staff. Michael made us feel very comfortable, unlike the other dealerships we have visited. We will be back!

Great people great service I was a first time buyer and knew little about financing and leasing. They took a great care trying to give me best deal as possible and explaining me benefits of leasing versus financing. I ended up getting a 2017 Toyota Corolla on lease and I am very satisfied with my business with them.
