I came into Toyota of Clermont looking for a new 2015 Corolla LE. They had plenty on the lot and they were SO helpful! I got the Internet price on the car that I wanted (even though it was not the exact one advertised) and I didn't have to haggle the price at all. I was getting my car serviced and started walking around the showroom when I spotted a new 2015 Silver S model Carolla. I wanted the rims and tires but had only purchased my current car 6 months earlier. The difference in what I was paying versus getting a new car was only $4500.00. BUYERS BEWARE!!! This has to be the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. The sales people are VERY unprofessional, rude, and never return calls as promised. In addition, their "bait and switch" tactics and telling potential consumers false information...repeatedly, gave me no other choice than to go to another dealership. Just purchased a Toyota Avalon Hybrid. The three people we dealt with were professional and very helpful as we made our decision. Ben assisted us in the test drive and did a great job comparing to other models. Marielysa (Marie) assisted with the pricing and financing, and Megan prepared the paperwork and helped point out and explain the features for the new car. We are very pleased with the entire experience.
They send misleading advertisements then totally flip the details when you go in. I had a terrible experience years ago at Toyota of Orlando and I see the trend continues at Toyota of Clermont. DO NOT waste your time here. I was very happy with the service provided at Philips Toyota. Headquarter Honda has also been very pleasant to deal with. I've bought 4 cars from them. If they aren't hitting a homerun on your sale...expect to be disrespected at Toyota of Clermont!
Amazing dealership! Had a terrible experience at a different Toyota dealership but decided to try Clermont out after finding a truck I liked online. Ben was very nice and helpful, explained everything to us very well and took us for a test drive.
