My husband and I went there to buy a car that we saw online the salesman started raising his voice at us. He was so rude that we left and bought an Infinity FX somewhere else.
Toyota of Clermont sold us a lemon. They lied about warranty and providing adequate service to minivan purchased for my daughter and her two small kids. Very disappointed in the sales associate and management in the way we were treated purchasing. The minivan purchased 2 days later is overheating and not working properly and I feel they lied to us servicing the vehicle.
Very high pressure sales. I asked for my keys back 4 times from the sales guy Oscar and 3 managers who said my keys were coming. As a veteran with a traumatic brain injury I like to think about major purchases before I make them I was trading in my father's car that he left me when he passed away. I'm not an expert negotiater. So if you go in there make sure you know the price the price you can pay for a car. They will not let you leave until they sell you that car.
I started my car buying experience on the wrong foot at some other dealerships. When I walked into Toyota Clermont my car buying experience completely changed! The team there was great the sales associate Ryan, was the best car sales man I encountered! He explained all the cars features for me as well as all the safety features more in depth then anyone I encountered! Ben helped me through the negotiation process and was fantastic!! I love love love my 2015 Toyota Corolla, I just filled up my tank and learned that I got 415 miles to my last tank of gas. It's not as good as my boyfriends Toyota Prius, but it's pretty darn close. I was told about 32 MPG, I have so far about 42 MPG. Thank you Joe J. For helping me get my 1st car. Everyone at Toyota of Clermont are awesome people.
They keep pestering me to give them a review so let me give an honest review from someone who researched for months before deciding which car to buy and at what price. First thing I did was fill out the little online form from several different dealers and waited for them to respond.
