I purchased a 2015 corolla s plus and very happy with it. This was my 2nd purchase from my family from Toyota of Clermont in the last 4 months, Gabrian calkins made both times easy. George was a great help picking out what package was good for me . And Sebastion was very helpful with the financing. Also a Jerry was a great help going through many test drives with me not knowing what I was looking for. I was very disappointed in my treatment from this dealership. The sales management actually snickering at my disappointment when I was offended by their offer. They had the wrong numbers for a trade in and I walked out. One of the salesman called back and tried to make it right once they realized the error but the managers refused to do anything. This is the second time a have been treated like a number and not a person by this dealership. Lesson learned. ..
I keep coming back and they keep treating me like crap. Ive bought 2 cars here despite the lack of professionalism. Never have i been late on a payment. However today the best interest rate they are able to offer is 5% higher than what i currently have. Then they try to tell me the pay off on my car is 4000 more than what it actually is. So, I bought a used Hyundai Veloster 2013 with about 27,000 miles on the car and traded in my ford fiesta 2012 which had about 69,000 miles on it. The reason for the one star is I don't appreciate being lied to about the maintenance work that was supposed to be done on the car and clearly was not accomplished.
