Great experience here, Scott Heidi and the crew , bought a 2012 Highland got a 2.40 % APR and was treated like a valued customer from start to finish, the GM emailed after to make sure i was happy, nice touch. Go check it out, beatiful facility also
A few days ago, I bought a new Toyota Corolla from Toyota Clermont! It was an amazing experience! Scott, Ryan, and Rebecca were so helpful and amazing helping me get through my first car buying experience! I would tell everyone to go to Toyota Clermont, because it was such a great experience! They took the hassle out of car buying and I felt that they truly had my best interest at heart!
Visited today. Was very up front on how much I was going to spend. Found a car that was a little over my max but was told "We never lose a customer due to price". Well, when I went inside to discuss pricing, the price was $6000 more than my max. Not even sure how the made the car I was looking at go up that much. And the girl inside was adding on things like "window tint" when the windows were already so dark, I questioned if they were legal. I had a very horrific experience at another dealer and was very apprehensive to deal with another dealer. I talk to Jisel, who promise me I would not have the same experience with Clermont. She was right; my husband and I sat in our car in the parking lot still not sure we wanted to go into the dealership. Great Service, Great People and Awesome Experience! Recommend to Everyone!
I just got my first car today and I got to say the experience was nerve wracking at first. However, Jean Carlos, Scott, Benjamin and Aimee helped me so much that towards the end they helped me find the perfect car for my needs at this moment and time. They helped work with me on the price of the car and ended up saving me thousands of dollars. The personalities and team work of this dealership is what made me decide already that I will be visiting them again when I need a car.
