Today July 6 2014 I bring my car for oil change.After 2 hrs the people in the desk of service depertment told me that something was broken in my car and will be replaced.@0 min after they bring me my car. When I left I listen this wire noise , but when I got home I check the engine and they left a couple of screws loosed in the car.The motor filter box was opened and when I came back nobody could help me because there are not mechanic there .This is my second bad expirence that I have in Toyota of Clermont. Made the mistake by sending them an inquiry on a new corolla. Bought from another dealership told them to take my name off the list and still bother me
Very sheisty people. I wouldn't come here again. They only care about their own wallet.
I've been to the dealership several times and was very pleased with the service. But on this last and final occasion the salesman was very aggressive and asked me if I was "too scared" to buy a new car. Intimidation will not close the sale, immediately walked out
I have no problem with driving 45min away from home just to get my new Toyota corolla serviced! Great customer service! Keep up the good work guys :)
