Westchester Toyota Service in *******, N.Y. is absolutely horrible at installing a Panoramic sunroof on a ********************************************************************************************************************************** the last replacement they even failed to reinstall the wind deflector in the sunroof. This was the most dishonest dealership one could imagine. I went to purchase a jeep that was priced around $12,000. Asked them to prepare the numbers so I could go get a cashiers check, they came back with a cost of $16,8000. Window tint: *******. LoJack: ***** and I quit paying attention at that point. It was a classic bait and switch. Ran my credit didnt like my score said I need a cosigner signer, then ran his, he has 800's , then told me to pick another jeep or vehicle ,,, just like that said they couldn't do that 1 after 3 days in total, *** was the Salesman and he wasn't any good apparently

My husband and I brought a van last year from pohanka, and 3 months later the transmission went up, after we told them something wasn't right with the transmission. They told us that's the way the van rides. Then we brought a 2019 chevrolet pickup , 2 months later , they had to replace the rear end. Was completely scammed by their financial department. I told them I only wanted to purchase the vehicle itself and instead they added on GAP Insurance, Extended Warranty, and Maintenance. I have requested a refund and they are now telling me I have to wait 6-8 weeks for the refund to process. During this time I am being charged interest DAILY. Complete scam, do not do business with these crooks.
