If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Honestly the worst and most frustrating car buying experience i've ever had. I placed a deposit on a car, and was told that the car was coming. I called in the days prior to when the car was supposed to come to make sure all was good and could not reach the salesperson (Candy) or the sales manager (Phil). This dealership sold me a 2006 Ford Escape in March 2019. It has been in the shop 4 times, including having the transmission replaced. Two separate mechanics advised this was obviously a FLOOD vehicle. Selling a non-disclosed flood vehicle is illegal. The vehicle also had multiple extreme safety issues. The dealership refuses to return calls or discuss this. I am a single mother with cancer. These people need to be shut down for their illegal and shameful policies.

I just purchased a 2016 Ford Fusion Titanium from Toyota Direct. "I'm happy" with my purchase, but the service has been absolutely abysmal. First, the vehicle was marked down due to cosmetic damages from its time as a rental car so I didn't expect it to be perfect, but there were some severe scratches on the dash. I was told by my sales rep, Johnny F, that a cover piece was ordered for me and should be in shortly. I got a used Jeep drove I less than 300 miles and the brakes went out. Call the dealership 2 and left message no response just glad I didn’t crash it

I came in on Monday, December 9, 2019 at 10:00 AM for a synthetic oil change for my 2015 Toyota RAV4 as well as someone to look at my tire light. After a 2 hour wait, I was informed that my oil change was completed and that I needed new tires and was quoted. There was no mention of my tire light that was on when I came in. I left the dealership at 11:45 and when I got home, I saw that my front license plate was missing from my car. First if I could give them 1/2 a star I would as it is what they deserve. DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR HERE. I bought my 2013 Subaru a month ago in Nov. I should have known by the lack of knowledge on the vehicle that I was getting a car that was improperly inspected with more issues than one would want to deal with on a pre owned vehicle coming from a dealership. If a negative rating system was available, I would be utilizing it! This dealership service department lacks any morals and ignores generally practiced business ethics. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR REPAIR!!!!! (As I do not trust the service department now, I probably would not trust the sales department either!) Purchased a new car from Toyota Direct late March 2019. Bryan G******** (sales) was fine and seemed honest but as a whole, I've come to have a bad impression of the company. Via B****, Toyota Direct agreed that they would deliver the vehicle to my home at a specific date as I did not have a car to drive up to the dealership. I bought a used vehicle through this dealership and while the sales experience was fine, the level of service with the office staff was abysmal. When I filled out all of the paperwork I used my current address. However, they ignored that and inserted an old address they had on file for me from 20 years ago.
